Reader questions

Short answers to the things people ask.

Do I need to read the books in order?

No. Each book is a complete case — open to close. The bigger story builds across the series. Read in order if you want the relationships to develop in real time. Otherwise just pick whichever cover pulls you in. If you want the chronological beginning, the free prequel novella Off-Manifest sits six months before Pallas Protocol.

When do the books launch?

Off-Manifest, the free prequel novella, launches first — newsletter subscribers get it the day it lands. Pallas Protocol opens the series proper, with Eleven Months and Highgate following on a steady cadence after. The newsletter is the most reliable way to hear specific launch dates as they’re locked in.

Will the books be on Kindle Unlimited?

Yes. The Amsa Logs are Kindle Unlimited titles.

Are these novels or novellas?

Off-Manifest is a novella, around 28,000 words. Pallas Protocol, Eleven Months, Highgate, and the books that follow are full-length novels, around 60–80,000 words each.

Will the series stay in the Belt and on Mars?

Mostly. The series is planned across sixteen books in five arcs; later arcs reach the deeper frontier and back to Earth. Pallas Station and Mariner Dome remain the home arenas throughout.

How do I get advance review copies (ARCs)?

Newsletter subscribers get first access to ARC opportunities. The first ARC window opens ahead of Pallas Protocol’s launch — subscribe to be on the list.

Will there be audiobooks?

Planned, but no firm production dates yet. Subscribe to the newsletter and you’ll get the announcement when audio is locked in.
